This smart toilet seat is compatible with elongated toilets only.

To ensure the right fit, measure your toilet seat; it should be between 18" and 20" in length for the elongated version.

Yes. Ensure your bathroom has an electrical outlet, the SmartWhale Bidet Seat comes with a 3.2 feet long power cord.

Step 1: Unplug the bidet seat and turn off the power.

Step 2: Press and hold the "Front" button on the remote control for 3-4 seconds（Indicator light flashes）. At the same time, plug in the power.

Step 3: When the indicator light goes out, pairing is successful.

Some toilet models have unique connection sizes that might cause minor leaks. You can resolve this by adding an extra rubber ring or using the waterproof tape we provide.
